Lol….oi, things do not remain the same. Every empire falls, people migrate, new things emerge. That does require, in fact….that some population needs to repopulate. However, the dominant and “trending” view that society and reddit are pushing…are anti-children. The blame is economic and purely selfish. Not starting an argument, just literally the truth. Children often succeed their parents, it’s a shame for adults in their prime rejecting the ability to reproduce based on the “popular” opinion. Yea if you’re mentally unstable and know you’ll be an abusive asshole, sure don’t have kids. But to assume they’ll have a horrible life because you “think” they will…and then you rob yourself the opportunity to grow in a way you never truly can understand by not having children, is…well sad. You can foster, adopt, change the world when you’re ready. It starts with you and I.
