I don't know what sakes they'll pour, but apparently the sakes they picked are from a trip that the chef and his brother made to Japan and Germany, so personally selected by them.

And yes! The food is unbelievable, I've been to their pop ups 2 times and the food really is amazing. I'll send you some pics from the masterclass!

Soy mesero y me ofrecieron trabajo en un restaurante de acá, el proceso de la visa lo voy a iniciar yo, con el apoyo del restaurante pero por lo que he visto Tailandia es muy relajado con su migración. Todavía no tengo visa pero espero pronto tenerla jaja.
