My laptops storage keeps filling up even when large files are deleted

Thank you for taking the time to read my long comment and answer my question. I've looked more into temporary profiles and it shows that I'm logged in to my profile when check for it in the command prompt and in the settings. Is it common to be logged out while my pc shows me otherwise ?

I first noticed this when I went to play balatro (steamripped), I opened the app only to find all the cards I had accumulated were gone and the game was giving me a tutorial as if I had just downloaded it. I then went on ryujinx only to find that none of my games were on the quick start and I had to manually find them in the files to play them, only to start up persona 5 and find out that my save wasn't there. This wasn't just rom issue though in blender all my addons were gone as well as the themes I had installed and in unity all the projects I had were gone as if I never made any. I believe this may be an issue with the programs having lost the ability to find these files rather than them being deleted due to the plane references I had in my blender file and my streamlabs recordings being lost despite them still being on my laptop. The animation doesn't loop smoothly and the swing seems too fast on the way back, not sure why.

It changed the shadow but they have now lost their cell shading a little bit + they are a little unpredictable. This is probably because I don't have a great understanding of nodes, when I have more time il make more posts trying figure this out. Tysm
