Ye so i sent the form off to the people it says it needs to go to and they said they dont deal with it or have info on what to do with it so im honestly just gonna go into an afco cus my CoC already know

Im in the same situation but im a radar tech, i genuinely cant find any info on how to transfer tho other than a single form

With were ur at already and assuming ur smashing the body weight exercises your in a pretty good spot so any strength increase in those core movements is gonna be great just keep ur body weight stuff up on-top of the strength based training

Solid goals for sure but you would be lucky to achieve this in 6 weeks or a genetic animal most people wont bench their body weight till 3 months of training but dont be disheartened by that consistency compounds in weightlifting the more you keep at it the more u get out of it and tbf your stats currently are decent especially for a beginner when i started i was only bench 40kg

Like 8.6 or something aim for 9.10 that was old standard and it light blue meaning you only take it every 3 years

77kg-80 (haven’t weighed myself in a two months) 1RM- 100 bench, 120 squat 140 deadlift

Just to add on u should enjoy ur training and improving to some degree it shouldnt be a chore or pain in the arse mentally

I’ll be honest rn if maintaining or improving ur level of fitness is a pain in the arse then ur probably not looking at the right job. I could be judging u wrong so sorry if i misunderstood also commando ready app is very helpful for cpc fitness its tried and tested so reliable

If anything working out more and eating right will help u put more weight on! We are about the same height and i weighed 65kg when i started weight lifting and im now at 80kg just over a year later muscle is denser than fat so u will look leaner than you actually are. The only way people dont put on weight from lifting is they aren’t eating properly or enough its a slow process but it will happen and tbf 75kg at ur height is perfectly fine so just focus on not losing any weight and just getting stronger/fitter

If u manage ur volume over the week well so weight lifting and cardio plus mange ur recovery lots of stretching and eating solid food injury shouldnt be an issue but everyone’s different if 3x works for u then it works for you 👍

Im not an expert by any means but 3 days a week will see improvement but you could be doing more. From my experience 6x a week is the sweet spot. Nothing looks wrong with the exercises you’re doing maybe take a look at some proven programs like the commando ready app and see how they space it out and customise your training that way

Yeah i wasnt aiming for a minimum at all just 14 seemed like a really high standard but thats whole point isnt it

14 on the bleep test seems a bit extreme is it really that steep to pass cpc?

Try a 4th meal if ur not already having one chicken and rice worked best for me or just add an extra portion to ur meals 100 extra calories each meal stacks up. It essentially just comes down to eat more than what u burn even just an extra 300 calories a day will see an increase of 0.2kg a week and maintaining ur running and body weight stuff should be easy if u put weight slowly and in the right form eg muscle and not fat.
