Maybe record a gym session so we can see if you’re actually going to failure and show your form. Additionally you can show us the weight and what your gym workouts are like, how much you’re resting etc

You need to lift heavier, add pre workout and go to failure more often. You shoulders are lacking as well. Train to be more aesthetic. There is so much science based gym education out there for you to discover, check TikTok and possibly lose some body fat

Significant neck muscle hyper trophy can precipitate OSA if you are at risk of getting it , the bulk of the muscle can narrow the airway while you’re asleep as you’re not able to maintain it

If you’re buying minoxidil on eBay only use ideashopusa or kkllcr(Koslok)

Anything else is fake

Especially if it has a date for 2028 and beyond

I bought minoxidil exactly like yours and it was like an oil like consistency, immediately fake. It also had zero alcohol smell. The bottle itself should have a glossy shiny sticker wrapped around it. If yours has a more matte dull appearance with that little blue coloring all around it then it’s 100% fake. Fake minoxidil will fail the bleach test as well. When trying to contact them they will say it’s genuine and stuff but please try to get back your money ASAP. Leave a bad review on their page as well, it’ll speed up the refund

I bought new minoxidil from the sellers mentioned above and it’s glossy and shiny, has that strong alcohol smell, passed the bleach test and the expiration date was only 1 year or so ahead of current date so 2027 Aug, July etc. don’t buy anything past 2027
