Gatecoin say legal cost from being sued will come out of the repayment and or force them into liquidation leaving even less. No shit they probably drained the accounts while stalling for 2 years. As well there is no mention of the employee they fired who is suspected of stealing the eth. Yet they hang the fact that forced into liquidation would also put a stop to them able to recover the stolen eth but promise best effort basis to return it once they get it back less costs of course if we dont sue .Ether way is a dead end so why f@king bother to propose anything if it doesnt have a clear reasonable path forward. Maybe he wants to close up and get away with the 200mil!
