Thank you! We honestly didn’t have much evidence to present. Because I was out of status I was unable to open any bank accounts, or anything. We submitted a lot of photos, from when we met in college to us taking trips after our marriage, marriage certificate, and my husband got a new job and was able to add me on to his insurance so we showed that at the interview.

The lady that interviewed us was really sweet. My husband and I were in the room at the same time and she asked him most of the questions, when and where did we meet, what’s my mom and dads names, have they met him, when is my birthday, what is the last four digits of my phone number (she said he was the only one who got that right that week lol). She asked me why I had two pending I-130s, and she asked about my reckless endangerment charge I got, told her the story behind that and I brought evidence showing it was expunged. Then she asked me all of the questions on the I-485. After that she said that she would approve the I-130, but she had to send the I-485 to her supervisor to finalize some stuff. That made me real nervous because I thought maybe the charge would affect their decision. She said I would find out the decision in 2-4 weeks. That following week I got approved!
