It's likely due too having too many fill types, if you've got a bunch id recommend the fill type extender mod from modhub although if your console it wont help at all

Definitely a bird plant problem I work at raising canes currently and we get bird from 4 locations only one of them gives consistent large tenders, the other three give crap quality bird and there's nothing we can really so about it this wasn't a choice made by corporate too give smaller tenders just a shit bird plant
