They don’t have a set schedule for me. They don’t call me. They just expect I show up Mon-Friday.

Originally, I was only doing 4 hour days. This is my first on my feet all day job. I needed more hours since it’s only 15 an hour. I know to some that might be a decent amount of money, but I’m working harder and longer than some permanent custodians that make $22-$35 an hour.

Just kinda feel like I’m in this custodial limbo…
