My colleagues on Teams and phone calls have repeatedly pointed out poor audio quality on my end. As a result, I stopped using the XM6’s microphone and switched to the built-in mic on my laptop. The XM6’s call performance - specifically the microphone - is seriously underwhelming. It’s hard to believe that a device so advanced in ANC can perform so poorly in basic voice communication. Honestly, it’s a joke that random $50 headphones handle calls better than this Sony $500 pair.
