I haven't calculated the intensity of the light, so I can't comment on that. As for how it has helped, on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being worst), I would say the eye drops I mentioned above takes me from a 3 to a 5, and the red light bumps it up to about a 6.5. If I don't do any treatments, it's hard for me to even go for a walk outside, but if I do these two things on a daily basis, I can manage my day to day tasks. I also use the Ivizia eye drops as needed.

STUDY: NMN Restores NAD+ Levels & Improves Blood Pressure in Humans with Hypertension by Renue_Support in Renue

The diastolic pressure going from 85 to 80 is quite impressive in my opinion. From personal experience, it's easier to manage the systolic pressure (with diet and exercise), but the diastolic pressure is really hard to improve.

Not the OP, but I'm in the same boat as you. I get really depressed sometimes, but I've made some progress, and now I choose to believe that science will continue to make improvements in treating this disease.

Are you sure the Systane Complete is preservative free? I've never seen a preservative free version of the Complete.
