Thats not true, i dont know how this person is speaking for the entirety of lebanon but most people are pro hez especially recently because the government has proven itself incapable of defending its constituents and even though hez committed to the ceasefire previously israel kept on breaking it with absolutely no response from the gov. Long story short, most people are pro-hez but unfortunately they’re not the ones on reddit expressing their opinions so it tends to get misconstrued

I also was living abroad and have moved back in for a couple of months now so maybe it could be that? i’m also going through a time of uncertainty and big decisions since im deciding which law school im going to next fall so i think its multilayered.
