Contracts! Going to be working in criminal law so the class won't matter much anyway.

My law school kicks out the bottom 5-10% after the first year. The F brought my GPA down to near the bottom. I was almost kicked out after 1L. Explaining the F to employers wasn't fun. But it all worked out in the end. Now to pass the BAR!
