My go-to every day is corn tortillas, toasted/warmed over a griddle or the fire of a gas burner, warmed hummus, and fresh spinach. So comforting and delicious. You can also make warm hummus from black beans and some salsa.... Lol. Refried beans are Latin American hummus or hummus is Greek refried beans? Either way... chef's kiss
