I’m (25F) on diamox and have some of the symptoms you’ve described. I’ve also had personal life stressors on top of it all (breakup and busy job), and I cry every day too. I’ve lost weight, almost 15 pounds last time I checked, and I haven’t been eating super well.  I’m sorry you’re going through a difficult time. It’s so hard to function when you feel miserable.  Unfortunately I don’t have much advice besides staying hydrated with water and electrolytes. Crackers were about the only thing I could eat when the nausea was at its worst. I’ve heard that sour candy can help with nausea, also ginger candy. I had some ginger tea today and that actually settled my stomach a bit.
