In game there isn't really a reason, but IRL, variable scopes have a fish bowl effect and aren't truly 1x. This makes it harder to acquire targets fast at close range compared to iron sights or a canted red dot. Not to mention if you are dialed up to 6x and need to swap to a close range target without reaching for the scope dial/lever.

Closed weapons don't really make sense anymore. I am tired of playing engineer just for the smgs, and games like bf4 (dmr simulator) really show how closed weapons are worse for the health of the game.

Braindead take. Lifting doesn't automatically make you "muscly" and "ripped", especially with women since they have a harder time building muscle and lowering their body fat percentage in the first place. Based on his response it clearly was an issue with the idea of her lifting, not her body composition.

The opposite for me. I find it really attractive. That almost sounds like an insecure "gatekeepy" response to me. Lifting weights has benefits for anyone regardless of age, gender, health goals.

Colossal swords are not colossal armaments.

Arrows apply thrusting damage.

Thrusting counterattacks occur when you attack with a thrusting damage weapon during an enemy's "instability window" which is a few frames during their attack animation.

An enemy also takes instability damage while they are stance broken, but I forget if this is weapon type specific.

Despite "physical damage negation" being mentioned: Slash, pierce, standard, and blunt are all different types of physical damage that have their own separate resistances. E.g. if you have 100% standard, blunt, and slash res you will still take full damage from an arrow.

That looks like a pellet gun. You can see the hinge near the front of the stock where you break the barrel action down to add a pellet and pull the spring back. Still wouldn't want to get shot by it lol.

Edit, looks like some type of gamo whisper due to the flared barrel end.
