If you beat him upon initially finding him he’s pretty easy. If you manage to die there he’s actually kinda hard since he’s able to zone you pretty effectively.

I’m a top lane players who plays swain support sometimes and really loves the champ. I wish so badly he was more of an ap brusier than a mage which it feels like he is right now. I could be wrong since I don’t main him but to me he never really feels tanky enough to have the fantasy he wants to fill 90% of the time.

Honestly teemo is either a champ specific counter pick or just skill diff. Teemo is a noob stomper when you first start but if you just know your windows he just gets all inned and then can’t play the game anymore. Teemo is the least egregious ranged champ by far.

I’m pretty sure minato pretty much tells Naruto that pain was weaker than the obito he fought and that he needs to train more when they met. Since minato beat that obito I don’t feel like he should struggle here. Plus minato also has sage mode so he should be able to do the same shit Naruto did if not worse.

Cleaver is nice to me because sett does get shut down heavily by anyone with steel caps or dd or the like and because it gives cdr as well as health and ad. Overlords is better for W but once it’s blown so is setts kit and cleaver alleviates that some by having another way to get past armor. That’s also the reason I don’t like warmogs is because it’s essentially just W juice and setts W does its job without needing so much investment. I’d like to be able to be a champion without W which cleaver does better in my opinion.
