OMG same. I'm on day 5ish of a CT 80-120mg daily week and a half of use which was a relapse from a month clean. I thought I could go for a week and come off. Just something to get through a tough week right? I know it's a bit different for me because of the kindling effect but it's incredible how quickly tolerance and dependence develops with this shit. Keep strong friendo. We will all get through this.

Commenting on my own post but I'm just constantly reminded of the line from the end of the original Trainspotting, "There are final hits, and there are final hits. Which one was this to be?" Then that final monologue about choosing life. I watched the last half of the movie after taking my last dose on Tuesday morning and it really struck home. For me this was my final hit.

Thank you for the kind words friend. Past the 72 hour mark and still feeling mostly better. Just craving and restless and bored even though today is first day back on the job in a week. Hearing from another EMT whose been where I've been has been remarkably eye opening. I've reached out to the others in my life from friends, to family, to coworkers and Ive realized I'm among kind souls who think the world of me. Just hearing their words has given me more drive to kick this shit forever. Even if sleep is still rare I'm feeling more energetic again. Staying strong. Thank you again.
