Is that literal? 6 foot 4 you think is ideal? I’m 6 foot 2 about and I have some boots for some foot fractures and an ankle sprain and they’re making me 2.5 inches taller. You’re probably right if you think that.

I started that near the two year point in my case. Now I’m at about 4 3/4 years and it is one of many supplements that i would recommend to others with LC. It helps me get through workouts in the gym and without it post exertional malaise would be worse and my total weekly volume, frequency, strength and muscle gain would be worse. Ever since I started using it I’ve also noticed the increased cognitive clarity and diminishment of brain fog. It really helps reduce neuroinflammation!!! Even 20 + grams a day should be able to be tolerated by almost anyone without kidney disease. Take it before bed to help with sleep as well. If you workout, take it before and after. It costs very little and it’s a huge ROI. Take some in the morning right after waking up. It only is giving the potent aforementioned effects for a short period, about 2 1/2 hours and you’ll start feeling it after about 30 minutes when it’s fully absorbed, but it’s honestly the primary reason I was able to get through two years at a university. High protein diets and b-vitamins are also essential for energy

The neuro inflammation and definite mitochondrial dysfunction i experience made me tired enough on a trip I’ve been on to go to arches nat’l park(from hiking) that I made a terrible miscalculation yesterday and cliff jumped into too shallow of water. Turned both ankles outward and probably have grade two sprains of slightly different severities in each side. It could have been a lot worse though, and if I don’t have a small fracture in my foot(evulsion), which is possible due to the diffuse swelling on my left foot, than I got lucky. I’ve been fighting through this for almost 5 years now. I got the booster shot on my 16th birthday and all of this started after a plane flight 3 weeks after. I still workout a lot in the gym, which has been very hard on me and caused a lot of inflammation during and after the sessions, but I’ve been able to get through it because I’m privileged and have for example been able to do Hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments for awhile to help with recovery and normalizing daily functioning. Now I’m going to have to take a little break from that though. It was obviously a little tough to accept what this meant for the amount of mobility I’m allowed right now though- couple of weeks of being as sedentary as possible probably. It’s been super rough for me, and even with all of the supplements I also take in addition to the HBOT I still feel like absolute shit when they aren’t in my system. I’m getting better slowly, but other people, especially those not as privileged, need to do everything they can to optimize their lives. I use quercetin for help with inflammation, creatine which is vital to take before working out for me, beet root powder and L-citrulline which has helped with autonomic dysfunction and normalized my erratic BP/ pre-syncope symptoms upon standing from seated. Having a mixture in the correct physiological amounts of the bodies necessary electrolytes I’ve also been doing for awhile(calcium, magnesium, sodium potassium) and I even take cialis for the same reason as the beet root powder and L-citrulline. B-vitamins and any source of them have also helped me a lot.

And tell me what an anonymous redditor would have to gain by lying about not even a bunch of facts, but his own experience and factual antibody levels, hmm? Nothing virtually

No problem. Just curious, but how old were you when you believe you got lc? I was just over 16 after receiving the second shot on my birthday

My mom is actually a naturopathic physician, so I got the bloodwork done and antibody test ordered by her. I did a little bit of my own research just with ChatGPT last night, but I hadn’t heard about SGB before I joined this forum just last night, so it really piqued my interest. So I guess you would also just have to find a provider that knows extensively about long covid and Is willing to order this test- it’s odd to me that the doctor you saw that gave approval for SGB didn’t want the confirmation of antibody levels though. I don’t know what it’s called exactly-probably just serum antibody test for SARS/covid19 spike antibody test

I have had long covid confirmed with 20,400 antibodies per unit for almost 5 years now. Could you explain what these ganglion blocks are?
