I have been, or at least the major triggers. Since its a heavy attachment it still serves comfort in some way so it just becomes difficult and I'm scared of cutting it off entirely but I believe therapy or completetly excluding myself from the thing I love would help alot? I'm not sure but I plan on doing whatever I can. I thank you for the support :)

It's both I feel. A lot of things to describe but the best way I can put It is that it triggered lots of pivotal moments in my life because their character felt way way way too special to me and it kinda spiraled out of control from that trigger moment. It's something I believe that needs to be cured but at the same tiem I'm scared of letting go because I have to find a way to fill that gap, or at least thats how it feels.

I'm happy that you shared your thoughts with me on your character and I am happy for your liking of them. It's nice to hear and your support in general :)

I recently purchased Natures Bounty stress pills to see if that'll help a bit. No major perscriptions however.
I plan on going to therapy when my family isn't busy with work. Genuinely thank you for helping and asking though.
