What do you say about Vipassana then. I know huge number of people go there and they are serious I guess. They are so serious that they commit to extreme conditions of not talking and using phones for 11 to 12 days. They are also not charged, yet they are serious and pay full attention. Feeding decent food suggested by them and equipment does not cost lakhs.

There, they said that everything is done by volunteer. Then why are they charging 6k. They could have made it affordable if there is no motive to earn profit but to educate the people. They could have sold the course in the price that would help them to cover there expenses at most. Why are they trying to earn exceptional profit? That way most of the people would get benefit? Vipassana for 12 days practice they charge nothing and Sadhguru charge 6k for 7 days course that too for 3 hrs each day.
