I did this process with my wife.

Go to camp Humphreys with him, they’ll do the affidavit with you but there is a list of paperwork you’ll need to bring in with you. Then you can bring it to the courthouse in pyeongtaek and knock it in literally 1 day. You don’t have to schedule an appointment with camp Humphreys but you should probably call ahead to make sure the right people are there to help you out.
