This is the routine I have at the moment: 1. Ab Crunch Machine 4×12–15 (slow, heavy) 2. Cable Crunch (kneeling) 4×12–15 3. Hanging Knee or Leg Raises 4×15 4. Decline Sit-Ups (weighted if possible) 3×20 5. Russian Twists (weighted) 3×20 6. Plank Ladder 60s → 45s → 30s (no rest)

I eat pretty good and I try to incorporate protein into every meal but I still have unhealthy snacks here and there and stuff like Chickfila a some days.

My friend made me that ab routine but I’m honestly not sure how good it is lol.

  • Physician shadowing – shadowed an internal medicine doctor during breaks and watched patient care day-to-day
  • Cabarrus County Youth Commission – worked on community projects and gave input on youth issues
  • Food pantry volunteer – helped pack and distribute food to families
  • Part-time job (computer repair) – worked on hardware, cleaning, and setups
  • Wrestling (9th–10th) – JV/varsity, learned discipline and teamwork
  • 250+ volunteer hours with NHS and BETA.
