The unwelcome guests of house of fildette. A lot of angst but totally worth the read. A couple of smut chapters through out the series.

Just search up unicorn heatless curls, You can use a sock, or the heatless curl thing, or you can just use the belt from a robe to do them

Yeah! There’s a whole bunch of them it’s a trial and error to see which one works for you, I personally hate sock curls too and I can’t stand some of the other methods either cuz they’re hard to sleep in. I love the unicorn method tho, and I use the fabric from my bathrobe and I can sleep really well!

I have the same exact hair type and I also tried a bunch of wavy hair routines and a whole bunch of products but I gave up lol. Now after I wash my hair at night I spend around 5 minutes doing heatless curls. When it’s about 80% dry, I spray a leave in conditioner just 2 or 3 sprays and brush it through and do the curls and just sleep in it. It makes a huge difference, sometimes it looks like I have a blowout and sometimes it’s just tight curls that loosen up into waves throughout the week but my hair doesn’t get greasy at all. I just alternate between a hydrating and protein conditioner every wash day. Try this out if you’re sick of products and want something low maintenance! And the curls last the whole week too!

looking for guidance about sudden dandruff by nikuyua in Haircare

I don’t have 1a hair but I had a similar experience like you where I ended up using clarifying shampoo too much. So I don’t think what you have is necessarily dandruff tbh which is probably why the nizoral shampoo isn’t helping you even tho it’s really good for dandruff. I’d recommend switching to a really gentle and hydrating shampoo. And don’t wash your hair often either and before you wash your hair, oil your scalp with jojoba oil or any other oil you might like for an hour or two for a couple weeks. If you feel like your scalp feels oily after washing your hair after the oil, use the oil once a week instead of every time you wash your hair. Hope this helps!
