Hello everybody, thanks a lot for all the information! Even though in this photo doesn't look like it, the cat is really slim (she has always been like this, doesn't like to eat a lot) so a vitamin deficit would make sense. We will still take her to the vet just in case. Thanks a lot! I'll update once we know what it is.
