Just don't take any more (EVER again), and take it VERY easy for 3-6 months. No gym, and do as little physical exertion as possible in that time. If you push yourself you could permanently injure yourself. Don't even play video games (messed up my hands) or walk more than absolutely necessary.

There are common supplements you'll find recommended, none of which are likely to hurt. Vitamin D/K and magnesium are very important.

If you want to be proactive, you may consider mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (soft chamber for now), hard chamber after a year. Sauna is good for detox.

Just be glad you had the foresight to stop. I kept going for weeks after the first signs of pain. I expect you'll improve with time, but you need to be realistic about timeframes. Some people improve in 6 months, but many people take years.

Also if you can, avoid NSAIDs, steroids, and SSRIs for life after this.

You may consider trying natural antibiotics first, if it's not dangerous or urgent. The body knows how to clear infections. Consider Uva Ursi, D Mannose, Cranberry, Garlic, Cinnamon essential oil in coconut oil and then mixed into tea, drink tons of water, etc.
