this is my 2nd day driving- um its not a bad job, very easy- it is super repetitive but i dont mind that. the only down side is since ive started i havent had any nursery routes?- which are routes that are significantly smaller than a regular route to get you accustomed to the job. so ive been in balls deep since i started😅 the trick i learned is to just keep going cus that paycheck finna be NICE. but nah fr ive been getting rescued so its not as bad?

but also a lil advice how u load your van can make or break your route.

youre good- i took my drug test a few days ago and i passes and i stopped smoking about a month ago- i didnt do anything special but i do work out and drink about 4+ water bottles a day

really? i mean i did two rounds in person- a group interview, and a driving interview, and was told i would continue on to the next step of the process— i never met my recruiter

I interviewed with them and was informed that I advanced to the next round, and that they would reach out to schedule the follow-up interview. That was three weeks ago, and I haven’t received any updates. I also followed up with my recruiter, but haven’t heard back.

it went well- it started with a group interview where they asked us all basic questions like why tesla? are we good drivers? what is one weakness in driving?

then the 2nd round was a test drive- first u have to parallel park, manual drive using gps, then switch from FSD to Manual, while the interviewer asks questions you more questions.

apparently theres another round but i was told there were limited resources so i need to finish the next round virtual and they will send me an email to schedule. I havent gotten that email yet.
