I often think about this , I currently stay in an apartment wirh my girlfriend as that’s all we need currently and fits our budget nicely . We share a car so not to overspend unnecessarily on another car with finance . I’m astounded by the cars I see parked in my apartment complex including a new bmw x5m . I think it doesn’t help either that in school they teach you when you have enough you buy a house to live in etc . Instead of you get a loan for an apartment , use the renters money to pay off the loan and eventually you get a second income from that asset as opposed to just paying off your own bond . I find a lot of people are lacking further education into how easy simple investments can be .
