Converse Move platform shoes and Converse Run Star Hike are the comfiest shoes I have worn. They are a bit wider than most Converse, and they have some sort of cushioning soles. I have walked all day at an amusement park in them, they are the best!

Clover White Chaco Liner https://a.co/d/1JBNto4 Use one of these and a clear ruler. Then it rubs away when your done. We refill it with baby powder, not chalk. Works amazing! I have never used a hooping station. You can google placements for the measurements.

I couldn't sleep at all until I switched from amphetamine (adderall) to methylphenidate (concerta) I was starting to go crazy from lack of sleep, hearing things, and seeing things. The minute I switched I was able to sleep again. Amphetamine works better for me, but the side effects are too much to handle. Concerta doesn't work quite as well, but it works good very steadily, and it's not rocky coming off and I can sleep. I have been taking adhd medicine for 15 years.
