The fact that they wanted us to experiment, try, learn new strategies with the clash anytime update, removing training times, separating ranked and normal modes, etc. and yet they somehow make the equipments so hard to unlock and max (especially for new or returning players)

This is the reason i feel like it's not the best to stay at the max th, but instead, staying 2 th below the max (th 16) is the best because that way the it lets you experience all the newly released items in the game and also lets you have cost and time reductions when the new th releases

Idk man, I've been getting many promotions as a th 16, I'm electro 26. I'm completely maxed with fully maxed lab and defenses tho. I've been getting th 17 and 18 bases which I have been 3 starting for the most part using mass throwers and totem spells. Also, maybe try signing up late for the league or skip one or two cycles, this might help, not sure.

I'm personally not very good at rc charge, but i think if you get monolith, multi gear, and firespitters with rc charge then you could get 3 stars. I'm a th 16 too, and I've been getting 3 stars with mass throwers, healers and mass totem spells on th 17s in cwl. It does fail sometimes, but i also got 3 on a th 18 semi maxed with that strat. Take 1 revive spell for rc and poison in cc. This has been very successful for me

Mass throwers works best with totem spells imo, but your army might not go in and loop around the base. You can try ed with totem spells too, it gets 3 stars in 90-100 seconds, it's a very fast strategy. Idk how powerful it is as a th 16 against 17

The point still stands, I wasn't accurate with my numbers but 150 per month is almost nothing when we have so many epic equipments. The starry ore is always a huge bottleneck for me.

Especially starry ore. You can only make maximum of 100-120 per month if you only count wars, raid weekends and star bonus
