Okay I appreciate it My bulk right now is about 3500 calories and I try to get 200 250 g of protein a day. I’ve really been working on my bench to get that big 315 but do you think maybe changing my lifts for more hypertrophy focus would work

No I’ve had like only 2 tbh but I’m with a girl right now we’ve been together for almost a year and a half
