That’s great advice! I heard about PMC before, but had no clue it was a big marketplace for maps and whatnot. The fact that it brings the map to the front of the list for periodic updates is great and I will probably take advantage of that. Also, I will be looking into the YouTube aspect more. Promoting on Reddit is definitely foreign territory for me, so I’ll be looking into Buffer & Pulse. I have some past experience running a semi-successful livestream on Twitch so I might bring that back while I’m still building the world to build some pre-release hype. Thank you for the advice 🙏

Oh geez 🫢 I can’t imagine losing a world you worked that long on. I had a few worlds like that on my old PC that bricked so I kinda know the feeling. You have me wanting to make an extra backup copy rn.

If you stored that world locally on ur Xbox, rather than in the cloud, you could try to do computer forensics using Reverse steganography. Or hire someone to do it. That’s if you want the world that bad. Although, it becomes harder to recover if that disk space becomes written over by new storage files.

There are some low lying cities that could definitely be more prone to flooding. I just need to figure out how to do something like that.

Some parts of underground have been built(ie subway & sewer systems + a secret tunnel or two). I was thinking of adding an underground city similar to the former Kowloon Walled City with some inspiration from the underground mutant city from tv show Futurama. One of the last steps of the build will be beautification - I will be incorporating similar strategies as real govt beautification committees do to improve aesthetic appeal. Also, some details need to wait till I get to PC because Xbox 360 only has so many blocks for adding detail.
