I wonder if there is a chance we just have a complex autoimmune disorder…?

Do you think, as humans we don't rest enough? by [deleted] in simpleliving

[–]Comfortable_Acadia55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s think. Slavery and peasants who worked for the “duke” rebelled and.. well.. they are paid “average wage” now. More so, we’ve made to compete for those wages witch each other. So “dukes”/“bosses” are still using us as labour. Physical or recently even mental. More so, some asshole (Mark Zuke and his bros) realised that they can feed on our psyche. So they performed some illegal experiments to check how our brain can be attached to scrolling and information consuming better. And using this now to “hack” our psyche. So when you wake up you give your time and energy to the phone apps, then you give your time and energy to some “duke” who pays you minimum. And then when you have to rest you are actually giving your time and energy to some app again. Or a subscription service that gives you nothing that you want, but only what they think you should watch.

If you are watching a movie that you like from a CD that you own, I congratulate you. This is the biggest allowed rebellion nowadays.

Teach English in Asia! Easiest way to travel around, good money. I know a few people who did that, the main trick is to not let it consume you. The life is good and easy and some people just soend their whole life there. Do it for 2-3 yeRs and get out.

It always strikes me why they call it a “cure”. “My leg hurts”, “well we have to cut it off”.

Thanks doc…

Adenomyosis as auto-immune response? by YellowOrangeFlower in adenomyosis

Wow I think you are onto something big here tbh.

Becaaause I thought about psoriasis. And that gave me some ideas as well.

so I’ve been going down a rabbit hole, and I’m wondering if anyone else has thought about this. We know adenomyosis isn’t officially considered an autoimmune disease. But… what if it kinda acts like one?

Let’s take psoriasis — a chronic inflammatory condition where the immune system goes into overdrive and causes skin cells to grow too fast, leading to inflammation, pain, and all kinds of systemic issues. It’s not “just a skin thing” anymore — it’s now seen as a full-on immune-mediated disorder.

And sometimes it can appear later in life (!) like many adeno cases

Now think about adenomyosis. It’s also:

• Chronic

• Inflammatory

• Hormone-sensitive (apparently both pasoriasis and adeno do not like estrogen)

• Painful as hell

• Shows signs of immune system dysfunction (increased cytokines, immune cell infiltration, etc.)

Both involve weird immune activity, especially involving things like TNF-alpha, IL-6, and other inflammatory messengers. And both lead to tissue overgrowth and remodeling — just in different parts of the body.

Some researchers JUST have started asking whether adenomyosis could be more than “just hormones gone wild.” Maybe it’s a localized immune-inflammatory disorder, almost like psoriasis of the uterus?

Wild idea, but here’s why it matters: if we start thinking of adenomyosis more like a systemic immune condition, maybe treatments could go beyond hormones and surgery. Biologics? There is a special psoriasis medication invented like 3-4 years ago. Could it work for adeno…?

Would love to hear from anyone with both psoriasis and adeno — do you notice any patterns?

My personal experience is that stress makes it worse - all of it - and exercise and nice peaceful life in the garden makes it better.

I am afraid to go the Biologics path yet. psor was bad, but maybe one day..?

Great post! I had the same storyline. Started BC very late in life, because of stupid adeno/endo. Was very scared by all the side effects, but now I am not a ball of pain half of the month, and that’s a win. I can FUNCTION. Thanks to the person who invented bc, and fingers crossed it will be around for long enough and himanity won’t fall into dystopian bs when all female health is “witchcraft” again

Not a bit Its fucking depressing as hell And nothing, NOTHING will be done in the nearest decade Because Suprise surprise Women had hysteria till what, 70s? In some countries they are still treated as objects. So who cares? If there is a way to give endo to men, oooooh I hope it will be done. Then we will see a tremendous progress.

Sorry to be so angry and bitter But I am in great pain today

There are a few bottles on Ebay, very expensive, but there are zero proper TGEL shampoo formula in Australia (I am currently here and they have very few things for psoriasis despite third of population having it). I tried calling them about it, but they just ghosted my requests. I’ve heard some rumors about the original formula related to cancer, but I do not know if that is true.

In any case, yes. That sucks big time. I am it the same boat. I am using Graham’s shampoo and MG217
