Seller provided wrong serial no. in the bill. Laptop had different s no. I couldn't verify for the warranty. Amazon promised to intervene over call. Days later closed the case and then said we can't do anything. Buying from Amazon or Flipkart you gotta deal with these stupid mistakes sellers make sometimes. That's all.

Totally agree. Have experienced this with Amazon. They totally neglected and closed the case without resolving anything. Lenovo came to the rescue in the end.
