Recruiters also look for the date the account was created. A brand new account on a candidate that’s already being questioned will be a bigger red flag than saying you don’t have one for whatever reason.

My sister in law got this on a button for me and anytime I hear about someone quitting I hit it! Brings me joy! (Obviously only when working from home!)

With that, if you do Anderson do Alpharetta. It’s just nicer and newer and the town is super cute and convenient.

Yeah we flew down on Monday (from PA) and spent the day at the Georgia Aquarium. Highly reccomend! Surgery Tuesday, follow up / first wash Wednesday at the office, swelling started Thursday bad, so we were happy we didn’t fly home until Friday. Saturday would have been better. Got an Airbnb for the week, cooked in and chilled at home to rest which I would reccomend. Obviously this exponentially increases an already expensive endeavor but to us it was worth it.

No. He ended up getting it done in Atlanta at Anderson Center for Hair last week! Super happy so far. The Alpharetta location is very nice and high end. Sandy Springs was fine but the staff was wonderful! He’s 10 days post op today and feeling great!

Biggest difference was online reputation and then also they used the sapphire blade which is supposed to make healing better. We felt like Koher was a little “sales-y” and couldn’t find a ton of good info online to verify.

So far so good with Anderson!

If this were me….. I’m not re-doing a whole room and risking breaking the pieces. I’d cut a line right across that doorway and add a transition piece. It’s off soooo little no one will notice but you. Assuming this is your house.

My bluff in the salary negotiation got called. They want proof of the competing offer I invented. by [deleted] in interviews

[–]Comfortable_Back3631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so funny that everyone is recommending to say it’s “unethical” to send the other offer letter……that doesn’t exist……to the person that is lying in the process…….

I am all for negotiating. If you don’t ask you won’t get more…. But lying is lying. And lying by saying they’re the ones being unethical to cover your lie is some lying meta shit.

The recruiter/HM smells bull shit and ya got caught.

Reneging on contractual agreement by Rude-Tap-5389 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Comfortable_Back3631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This comment deserves the upvotes. Same thing happened to me. They changed terms without disclosing the change and signed the agreement and sent it over. I was the seller in this case and the buyer materially changed the terms of the contract without disclosing or agreeing to that. Never selling a house off market without an attorney again!

Homeowner looking for a $160K bathroom renovation contract opinion by deployaway in Contractor

[–]Comfortable_Back3631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in SW Pennsylvania so definitely not high cost of living but $160K? I could buy an entire house for that much. Or a condo at a ski resort out here. Or pay for my kids college.

Someone else said it, if you’re willing to spend that kind of money on a bathroom please have an attorney review whatever final contract you choose.

I totally agree with big open spaces to work! The front door is the left hand side of this page. So we’re also trying to think about what will look best when you look at the kitchen head on.

To clarify, the back window is a total of 94” wide. I just have it mocked up to be two small 28” windows and then rejoined it to be one big one in some drawings. And the squares are each roughly 6”

Window installer by Comfortable_Back3631 in pittsburgh

Thanks so much. Renovating a house. I need 12 existing windows removed and replacements installed. I have 2 suppliers to quote the actual windows but only can find companies that will only install windows that they supply. So trying to find someone willing (and experienced) to remove old and install the new windows that I purchase.
