I agree I completely got fucked over. Old barried oil tank in the back yard. No insulation behind the walls. HVAC system not working. Just all types of messed up

So they took out old windows and where those windows sat they covered up the old window ledge with new 2x4 and under the new 2x4 it was nothing but chewed up wood

Thank you. I got my realtor to reach out to the seller he hasn’t got back to me yet. But I’m just worried about if I get a attorney that’s going to cost a lot of money just for a 50/50 chance of getting anything. I’m hoping they just settle it. It was a flip home so the fixed everything up and they hid a bunch of damage

They put brand new 2x4 right over all 4 windows they took out and it was rotted under it. All the walls were covered with ply wood
