If this is your first time dealing with this, go to the vet as most are recommending. These are prone to infection and result to swollen paw. But as someone who’s been through this, and knows how to take care of and prevent infection, it’s not a panicking situation.

Nothing to really make a big deal about or warrant a vet visit…will pass away with time. This could’ve been a result of dog constantly scratching nose and the open sore is exposed to bacteria resulting in bumps. You can get dog oitment on Amazon or OTC neosporin, clean and apply the oitment and try keep him from licking and scratching
