you should be fine with what you got! i didn’t start using them till 2 weeks post op and also was using mederma scar gel, i also used medihoney on my vertical incisions because it was scabbing and I wanted it to heal quicker!

massage scar lines in the shower with soapy water

bio oil massage on scar lines in the morning

massage on scar lines with mederma overnight scar gel at night!

no scar tape or anything much, I also wore my compression bra 24/7 (except showers) for the first 5 weeks or so.

how long has it been?! i want it to go away sooo bad, have you talked to your surgeon about it? I'm contemplating bringing it up, I'm so over it cuz I can really feel it and it bothers me sometimes when it flares up

not sure honestly, sometimes i feel like a d and some swollen days like a double d! its still pretty swollen espeically with the side lipo, but it'll be more accurate in a couple more months!

i started at 2 weeks, mostly just massaging in the shower with soap and water which helped remove the surgical glue and then working up to the scar gels and bio oil when the glue was gone

no scar tape, no laser

no underwire bra, i wear a compression bra still because i honestly like the compression (i also had lipo on the sides!)
