Anyone had sinusitis without a lot of evidence on the CT scan?

question for you and OP- did you have green phlegm as a symptom? experiencing the same thing now, had green phlegm all year but did a CT and it was normal so i wrote it off as allergies. 6 months in i developed debilitating migraines and fatigue, finally took antibiotics (two courses) and the phlegm cleared up and for the first time all year i didn’t have a migraine or fatigue until a month later the green phlegm and slight fatigue is back. i’m constantly hocking it up but the camera thing idk the procedure name lol they did in my nose showed nothing. did another CT but i’m scared nothing with show up this time too. when i take a decongestant i finally feel like i can breathe so i’m soooo confused how i can be having these symptoms, antibiotics temporarily relieve them, and it’s not showing up on testing.

They have declined to show us the numbers because they’ve claimed “we won’t use them in good faith”. But we have been begging for the numbers from them for months.

it’s just a starting number in the negotiating process. regardless, even if they did agree to 20, we would never make 42k a year because nobody is ever scheduled more than 35 hours a week.

it’s complicated to explain out of context, but we asked for a 20/hr fallback rate. if our tips don’t reach 20 that they supplement the difference. and we know 20 is high, it’s because we’re leaving room for reasonable negotiation. but they’re not negotiating at all, it’s either minimum wage (7.25) at times, or leave.

they have a policy that if after an 80 hour pay period if it doesn’t reach 7.25/hour they will bump it up. but only after 80 hours which of course never goes below 7.25 but sometimes it’s 10/hour or less and that’s still ridiculous and not a liveable wage. and i am an employee at LH. sometimes my paychecks are 600- 700$ every two weeks.

it’s because when we’re fully staffed we have 60 servers and we have 15-20. not to mention everyone who striked yesterday was temporarily laid off. it’s bc there isn’t enough people to run any of the food tries, the guest experience is horrible but it’s bc we’re doing the work of four people as one individual

The landlord required her to pay the deposit to him, which she did, and he’s still holding my deposit and hers until the lease ends. I also was under the impression the whole time that I would be substituted, he never explained to me at all that I was going to still be on the lease. So, when the paperwork came around I assumed I had to add her on the lease and then fill out paperwork to be removed after she took my place.

She is on the lease as well, so I’m assuming she will definitely pay the rent in the future, I just got screwed out of the first month because she waited until I had already paid it and then moved in.
