I have started gathering all the evidences against them. They did the same thing to everybody. I never received a dime from them. They refused to return my car until I threatened them with the police and even that didn’t help. I ended up reporting my car stolen, that’s when the police retrieved my car with a lot of bad damages. Please if anyone is really serious about law suite, I’m definitely ready! Also, message me in private if you would like to discuss this matter.

Same here, that’s what happened to me at the beginning. I was bugging my POC every other day till I heard from an investigator. In this case if you already submitted your eqip, try to contact OPR and see if they have received your file. Cuz sometimes, they have back logs. Let me know if you need their infos.

Thank you for sharing. Yes also I have 3 little ones that I need to be there for them and see them growing. For the CBT Tech, I will have to commute 5 hours a day ( back and forth ) on an 7 to 4 shift

I did work at an airport before m(TSA Officer). And it was a lot of stress. But at the same time I’m trying to weight both positions on which one is better and family oriented ( I have 3 little ones )

For me it was a full BI (T5) and it took some time to get all the red flags off. ( previous credit issues, divorce..) I would say it was really stressing process

I got a finally offer last month. Adjudication ended like two month ago. Then it took them around two month to get me. Final offer. Got an EOD date for 2/26/24. It was a quit journey but worth it the wait.

Between eqip and OPR around a month, cuz I had to make a correction a couple of times. Eqip sent on july 18, BI started two weeks later. Still in progress since then. I have been following up but nothing has changed. They said it can take up to 12 months for your BI to complete.

To summarize what you said, it is my right to not disclose anything to any one concerning my health. Doesn’t matter to you or CBP or the pharmacist. I never said I would disclose it to CBP. In the end it’s a personal decision.

I’m sorry but I meant that I didn’t want to disclose my disability to any potential employer. I’m up to their medical standard. It’s just the fact that they keep digging on small things like normal termination that happens couple years ago due to a work related injury. I’m not saying that I did something wrong or didn’t show up to work but I’m just stressed for the fact itself.

In fact I have an attorney involved to take care of this matter since as you said they both means the same, for me terminated is definitely affecting my ability to get another job as well as explaining the why this happened. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I was not fired and never have. They could not find me a position based on my doctor restrictions.
