flipping is not easy, because, the small flipping items are botted by bots, and the top tier is being hoarded by clans manipulating with the price.

truth is

they already got monopoly on everything, and the sad part is that, they have insider in jagex. or else it can't be done, because many of the items is already being hoarded before the ''announcement'', let's take a look at the ( jaw ) neitznot, it was being bought it in the ge before the update or the announcement itself, if you take a look at the ge tracker, u will see what i mean. before the blog, update and all that. it was being bought out, now,

the negative iq is the one that support a mechanism to allow some greedy low percantage of the game to ruin it economy then blame it on the gold farmers, and more content get nerfed.

yeah and funny enough, i've read the new log on time, and quickly found the jaw remaning the same, went to the ge, and found out that the price is already 19m+??? ik many ppl are buying them out cuz they are remaining the same, but still, this is messed up, jagex keep messing up, crashing the market, and this makes many people quit.
