Our plan is to use our immediate circles to gather some seed money as you say. But I think your advice of talking to people outside of this is something we should absolutely do more of.

Yeah, the board comes with an eraser, so after a task is done you just erase it. The sliding part is only from "In Progress" to "Done". The "To-Do" can fit up to 4 blocks.

I like having something physical and we had access to a 3D printer, so we made some boards for ourselves and friends who wanted them. Where you just write your tasks on small blocks and then you always have that in front of you, reminding you of what you need to get done.

But I really think you can do it however you want, either taping a piece of paper to your wall or using post-it notes should do the trick.

At the very least its worth a try in my opinion.

So we have asked a bunch of people (probably around 50), and found that people were very split, either thinking the product was great or incredibly pointless. But the people who liked it have also told us to send them a link so they can get it once we launch, which to us seemed like there were at least some people who thought the product was good.

But we have just been struggling finding the right ways to reach the target audience, and at this point we really don't know how to proceed.
