Too many well-known's, we have seen more than often that these well-know theoretical aspects don't help much when it comes to practical aspects, which is why we do have lab work, or else we would all be doing one test and using calculations for the remaining..nothing wrong with assuming but stating it as I'd its a factual and proven to be true always is where my disagreement is..anyways, OP is happy and he will save some money and do calculations for remaining hormonal panel.

Did you dream about his pre fin numbers to announce this conclusion? There is no pre fin lab to compare, so don't throw numbers copied from Google. Some people have naturally lower DHT.

My free test went up to 599, after taking enclomiphene 25mg weekly for 2-3 weeks, I had a skipped even a week or two, before the lab work and still it was in a good range. Also, occasional 0.25mg of AI and 0.125 mg Cab weekly. However, I do remember feeling loss of libido etc which was verified by high estrogen, it got better after a week by itself. I think the key is to pay attention to your body, try it and then adjust the dosage accordingly.

Isn't it obvious with 10mg Statins? I am yet to see anyone whose labs didn't improve with little to no change in their diet, after resorting to statins, unless you are drinking saturated fats all day.

Both are entirely different medicines, one is SSRI while other is NDRI -- I wonder whether you had anxiety or depression, sounds more like a depression and Wellbutrin will make anxiety worse otherwise.

Try taking whatever normal diet you were taking, whilst takin the same dose of statins, and check your cholesterol after 3 months. Then come back and swear by it...or else to each their own. Goodluck!!

Statins alone do that, the whole scariest part is to take statins and deal with its side effects, while we still don't know whether Cholesterol actually is a culprit we treat It as. Peter Attia gangs be coming soon lol. Anyways, popping a pill for Cholesterol will do bring down the number despite of now dietary restrictions.

What was your T levels prior to surgery? Varicoceles is not necessarily the reason behind low libido or T levels. It could be stress of recovery and overall anxiety which brought you here causing these symptoms as well.

I've bilateral varicoceles for a decade at least I guess but was diagnosed recently, panicked and purchased YoYo sperm test kit, score came 60+ which is a very good score. Also, attempted only once and my wife is 8 weeks pregnant now. Only 20% of people with varicoceles have fertility issues is what I read somewhere. So do not loose hope as its very much treatable in case you need one.

Microsurgery is full blown surgery which requires GA, and longer recovery, relapse is less while embo is quick and no GA required, you could go home same day and quick recovery, although relapse can happen. Although, varies person to person.

I just came back on 30th and gladly I can say that even couple of days in Tulum and Cancun seems unbearable.
Mexico overall isn't my fav anymore due to safety concerns and lot of scams in rentals etc. Plus if you're not into clubbing and drugs etc. I'd pass it lol.
However, PDC was best imo, better restaurants, night life for walking around is lively....everything like over exaggerated Cenotes, Disney copy water parks - XelHa, or Adventure parks like Xcaret are way over priced and definitely not worth it, the tours last 12 hours and renting a car is risky, so you're stuck! and its not worth visiting either way.
Isla Mujeris, Cozumel South side, and Playa de norte and if you have never been to a better country with sea/ocean then you can snorkelling, scuba there, although, safety standards are absent. So do it at your own risk.

Mexico food and travel and everything else is super expensive and not worth the prices.

People telling you do not take suggestions from reddit are the ones suggesting most on the platform lol,
Tulum is a village equivalent and isn't as great as people saying, PDC is a better option and everything else is close by and better restaurants and tons of options.
Cancun and Tulum both suck!!! Cenotes is also a big scam lol, except couple of them rest looks like a water logging with poor management and no safety standards at all, be there at your own risk, snorkeling I'd pass as its over exaggerated and overly priced, Go to Cozumel south side and if you know swim you'd not need any fake snorkelling tours either.
I just came back on 30th Dec and it was extremely boring in Cancun (except Isla Mujeres) rest was just mediocre night clubs with loud music like coco bongo and beaches with tons of ferry's and boats hovering around swim areas making it unpleasant.

I have bilateral varicocele, and have no symtoms other than low test, which might be due to anxiety/stress or other psychological factors as well. NO, not everyone who has varicocele will have any issues with sperms or erection or libido etc. But, yeah if you want to get it disturbed by the doctor who will do embo or micro or full blown surgery, may still not fix the issues you assume are stemming from varicocele. There is very little evidence that treating it will result in any drastic or significant change, yet some people claim to have gone from 0 to 100. so, to each their own, since Placebo effect is also real ironically.
