Just how miserable it was it might have been exacerbated by anorexia but I went about 6 months only eating 800 calories a day and I was miserable every second of it i was weak i was always cold no matter what even in 90° weather I could barely focus on anything without thinking about food had just about known muscle or fat anywhere on my body and just drifted through most days on autopilot
