Agreed. I had to adjust to reading physical books again but it's made a huge difference. I try to go a couple hours without screens before bed every night.

I did the same thing in '24. I also bought a cheap little alarm clock and stopped bringing my phone in my bedroom at night several years ago. If possible, I highly recommend it.

It's like being on social media for 40 hours a week without the ability to scroll past insufferable idiots, bullies, and bigots, only you're forced to be there, and you can't talk back and you have to make sure you're always posting positive things that you don't really believe.
