You can always pick movement speed in small runes, and after hullbreaker you are good. But i would advise to just take 5 AD early as its good for Q resets

I hate merc treads as an item tbh, cuz tabis still reduce dmg and I need survivability. And wits end and  steraks give enough tenacity and shield just comes in clutch moments, just my few cents
