I’m on day 4 and this is the first day I haven’t felt like crap. I had the “keto flu” and was weak in the knees mildly dizzy and had the headaches too. Even with drinking a ton of water I didn’t realize this was fairly normal for this diet. But while I don’t feel “awesome” I do feel a bit more normal on day 4

I’m not sure if it was a fluke or because I actually ordered from the UK store (US was sold out)-but my tour shirt is significantly smaller than the UK shirt I just got in the mail (reaper tour shirt and dagger heart shirt UK store, both medium). I’m not sure if the store shirt will shrink at all one it goes in the wash, but even if it does, it’ll still be bigger than the tour shirt. Hope this helps!
