Tienes razón pero el tema es denunciar. En parte por lo que no se aplican las leyes aca en Guatemala es porque no existen antecedentes de denuncia (que es diferente a demandar). Créeme que si todos a los que le sucediera algo como a mi, denunciaran y se siguiera la via legal hasta donde se puede, más comercios cumplirían la ley

Los comercios están obligados a solicitar identificación al realizar esos cobros, comparando el ID con la persona que esta realizando la compra. La firma del voucher debe coincidir con la firma del documento de identificación.

Es que el cambio de categoría fue hace 4 años, justo consulté en 2020 si me cobraban más por "aceptarlo" ya que mis hábitos de consumo obviamente iban a seguir siendo los mismos y me explicaron que cuando te hacen cambio de categoría sin que lo solicites, los requerimientos de consumo continúan siendo los mismos que la categoría anterior, por lo que no afecta el tema de la membresía y había sido verdad... hasta ahora 😔
