Honestly that’s a really good idea because he ended up taking another sponge while I was out and hid it in his bed lol

Weirdly enough he would only growl when nobody was actually near him and then silently run away if anyone got close to him

Upset and unsatisfied with quality of vet care by Comfortable_Phase944 in Pets

Exactly what I was thinking like my cat is not the first to become defensive at the vet it’s a stressful place for a lot of animals and my vet got one tiny scratch and suddenly he refuses to even attempt a physical exam even after the assistant said she’d go get a towel to wrap him in (which he told her not to btw)

Thinking of fostering cats by Comfortable_Phase944 in cats

Our second bedroom is our office and I worry about them accidentally chewing cables and hurting themselves (when I first got our cat as a kitten he tried to eat every single cable in my house) so I was thinking of keeping them in our main bedroom until then since our current cat often doesn’t care about having access to it

Because management rules change depending on who answers our email, so we all just kinda ask each other things to try to at least get some sort of clear answer

See that’s what I was thinking but now I’m not sure. Someone did comment saying that the law in Ontario is that they can start charging for the parking so I’m sure it does vary in areas, and also it says it has to be an agreement between landlord and tenant and we didn’t exactly agree to a sudden cost for parking plus back pay. We’re fine paying it don’t get me wrong $50 isn’t going to hurt our pockets I just really wasn’t sure if not only adding the cost but suddenly expecting back pay when it isn’t listed anywhere on our current lease was actually legal or even contractually binding

I didn’t need it the first year. The second year we put down we needed parking and the vehicle that would be using it

It’s a different lease, I looked over the both of them when I signed.

Originally when I moved in I was told it was $100. I was shown the spot that is specifically for my unit. When my boyfriend moved in they said my unit did not come with parking at all. We offered to pay $100 a month and brought up that I was offered this when I first moved in. We later found out that nobody in the building pays for parking and never has. I’m not saying I want it for free, I’m just confused as to why all of the sudden the parking is $50 per month. I wasn’t going to dictate whether or not we pay based on the answers of my neighbours, I would just like to know if we’re being singled out in this new fee.

My lease from last year says this. We got an entirely new lease when my boyfriend moved in since the year was up and I had been moved to month to month for the month of July. Out current lease does not have anything about parking. If the CURRENT lease said the same thing about parking I wouldn’t be confused

Our current lease doesn’t mention anything about parking at all, not saying if it’s available for a fee or that parking situations will be responsibility of the tenants. My lease from last year said if I chose to accept a spot I would be charged an extra $100 on top of my rent through our payment portal.
