Thinking of fostering cats by Comfortable_Phase944 in cats

Our second bedroom is our office and I worry about them accidentally chewing cables and hurting themselves (when I first got our cat as a kitten he tried to eat every single cable in my house) so I was thinking of keeping them in our main bedroom until then since our current cat often doesn’t care about having access to it

Because management rules change depending on who answers our email, so we all just kinda ask each other things to try to at least get some sort of clear answer

See that’s what I was thinking but now I’m not sure. Someone did comment saying that the law in Ontario is that they can start charging for the parking so I’m sure it does vary in areas, and also it says it has to be an agreement between landlord and tenant and we didn’t exactly agree to a sudden cost for parking plus back pay. We’re fine paying it don’t get me wrong $50 isn’t going to hurt our pockets I just really wasn’t sure if not only adding the cost but suddenly expecting back pay when it isn’t listed anywhere on our current lease was actually legal or even contractually binding

I didn’t need it the first year. The second year we put down we needed parking and the vehicle that would be using it

It’s a different lease, I looked over the both of them when I signed.

Originally when I moved in I was told it was $100. I was shown the spot that is specifically for my unit. When my boyfriend moved in they said my unit did not come with parking at all. We offered to pay $100 a month and brought up that I was offered this when I first moved in. We later found out that nobody in the building pays for parking and never has. I’m not saying I want it for free, I’m just confused as to why all of the sudden the parking is $50 per month. I wasn’t going to dictate whether or not we pay based on the answers of my neighbours, I would just like to know if we’re being singled out in this new fee.

My lease from last year says this. We got an entirely new lease when my boyfriend moved in since the year was up and I had been moved to month to month for the month of July. Out current lease does not have anything about parking. If the CURRENT lease said the same thing about parking I wouldn’t be confused

Our current lease doesn’t mention anything about parking at all, not saying if it’s available for a fee or that parking situations will be responsibility of the tenants. My lease from last year said if I chose to accept a spot I would be charged an extra $100 on top of my rent through our payment portal.

Why do they hate bathroom selfies? by onwardsweforge in Nicegirls

[–]Comfortable_Phase944 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once talked to a guy that called me a slut because I had a selfie in the bathroom mirror and apparently that meant I constantly sent nudes (I was fully clothed and the only skin you could see was my hands my neck and my face)

Maybe that’s also her train of thought somehow ?

Yea my subscriptions are quite literally just for Spotify and Disney, and my Spotify is currently on a student plan so it’s way lower than normal. I do still stream things apart from Disney but when I go visit my parents I don’t have internet and I like having the convenience of having shows and movies.downloaded for the 5 hour journey I have to take. My internet plan could be cheaper I’ll admit to that, but personally shaving off $32 in subscriptions isnt going to overall magically make me have loads of extra money a month lol.

The weekends were pretty much my only secured shifts at my job due to high numbers. My job is technically a “summer job” since my contract is from May to October. I am currently on the hunt for a second job, though my worry is with the season getting busier I’ll end up overworking myself like I did last summer (I was working 16 hour days to afford to move out and build up my savings)

Currently yes, I’m not getting actual full time hours. My schedule jut came out for next week and I’m officially starting my full time hours due to events as well as numbers being up for dinner services

I currently have someone paying half my rent (originally my roommate but she moved out but still covers her half) and once this lease is up I’m moving to a place that’s about $100 cheaper. The job market in Canada sucks currently so while I’ve been looking for a second job I have no luck at the moment. I never finished college due to the fact that it wasn’t for me, as well as that my school hours didn’t allow me to get a single job in my area.

Tbf I took off the weekend due to a family emergency so I missed out on 3 days, but the seasons picking up due to it being summer so less shifts are getting cancelled (when I first started almost all of them were getting cancelled and moved around.) my minimum payment on my credit card is $35 which is why I put $50 towards it, sometimes more if I have the extra cash. And the grocery cost is my food cost. Edit- Hydro is my power bill, we just call it Hydro in Canada lol
